With its deluxe pressure gauge, it prepares food 3 to 10 times faster than ordinary methods. Comes with a special air vent/cover lock that allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly, canning co jar and also prevents the cover from being opened until the pressure is safely reduced. Ideal for use on regular canning co jar and smooth-top ranges. Holds 24 half-pint jars, 20 pints or 7 quarts.
